Our therapies help reduce swelling, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being

Founder - Kaye Lindsay
Founder, Kaye Lindsay, a dedicated holistic therapist, became aware of Lymphoedema and Lipoedema and developed a deep passion for providing treatments to relieve these conditions.
Her background as a Beauty Therapist provided a strong foundation in holistic well-being, an area she has always been passionate about. She trained and qualified in Aromatherapy and Reflexology, and many years later, she began researching Lymphoedema. At the time, it was challenging for therapists to find training academies that offered Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). She enrolled in the Vodder School, training in London before completing her qualification in Austria at the main Vodder School. A few years later, she furthered her expertise by training and qualifying with the Lymphoedema Training Academy in Staffordshire in Fluoroscopy Guided Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Kaye is deeply committed to relieving the symptoms of Lymphoedema and Lipoedema. Her work includes treating post-operative patients, individuals recovering from cancer and cosmetic surgery, as well as those living with Lipoedema and Lymphoedema. She draws inspiration from leading practitioners in the field, such as Jane Wigg.
She is also interested in expanding her work to support patients with Fibromyalgia, ME, and Alzheimer’s, as research suggests promising benefits of MLD for these conditions.
“Kaye is deeply committed to relieving the symptoms of Lymphoedema and Lipoedema.”
